Device model SM-G991Q (olympic edition) not receiving software updates

Hi my device hasn't received any software patch post july 31st 2021. I am using Samsung galacy S21 5G. Furthermore from the date of receiving this device, the application "My galaxy" has never run and it always shows Application not supported. I have been in touch with the support team and for over a month they have not resoved this issue. I tried all possible stuff with the app provided by the team but no resolution has been made till date. Please informthe suitable developers to get the app working and receiving software patches.

This should solve by reinstalling the full firmware. Use odin for that (pc required or directly go to service center and request for firmware reinstallation). If this also not solves then your phone must be in a warranty
