So my device shows that it belongs to organization 
AND its not letting me deselect admin apps and i can't even reset my phone and uninstall some applications bcoz of that 
Please help if someone know how to solve this

Is your device provided by your company? Or did you buy it yourself?

Bruh i contacted him he also don't know anything
The phone is working fine but im not able to delete some apps and can't turn on developer options and also not able to reset my phone 🙃

I mean, you should've checked the phone before buying, right. The only option now is to visit a service center and ask them to reinstall the software of your device, thay will break all organization locks. But yea, they might charge you for that.

I was not talking about software update, i was talking about a clean install. That can be done, because logically thinking, if a device has severe software issues while being organization locked, how can it be solved without unlocking? Clean installation.
