My device still belongs to the organization after completion of my all EMIs.

I am not able to use all the features of the phone I am not able to transfer my files to my laptop. That's why i can't take it to the service centre for change of software I am not able to use app lock. I am not able to use secure folder. I have paid all the EMIs of the phone and even dealer has unlocked my phone but i still can't use all functions.

Turning off the device and them volume down button and power button and opening it to maintenence mode. Do only if you know otherwise you will go soft breakdown (software breakdown) and that will be a complete mess as from there you can access device codes.
