1st of all, hide ur IMEI number for ur safety. 2nd have u purchased it on EMI or loan or haven't paid carrier charges? Non payment of any of the above can result in this error. 3 may be may be ur IMEI has been hacked and therefore IMEI registration is failing. In any case visit service center.
