Delay or lag opening quick settings

Does any of you facing lag or a slight shutter and delay opening the quick settings I'm using S23 plus whenever I got in to a game like freefire or same pdf reading stuffs if I open the quick settings it is lagging I faced it in one ui 6.1.1 itself I thought it may be bug and will be fixed in one ui 7 but now also getting the same shutter or lag tell me what to do ??

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Check space availability: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage.

● Check RAM in your device: Settings > Battery and device Care > Memory.

● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > pick the app > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Close Background Apps.

● Remove third-party applications.

● Remove memory card: Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.

● Remove third-party accessories.

● Kindly disable Power saving mode( if enable).

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Nothing you can do, they are giving the same copy paste solution to everyone, i tried it personally it doesn't work. Don't go through so much hassel of reseting your phone. It's a problem with oneui 7 not being optimized well. Hope they push update to it soon.

Now I upgraded to one ui 7 and also done everything he told but I'm facing the same issue lag while open status bar or notification bar when opening them while playing games

Even With flagship phones samsung failed to deliver smooth user experience, even my 4 year old iphone 11 is way smoother, and with samsung even 70k phone feels like I am using a 15k phone.
