I recently got a Samsung S23 smartphone and turned on dark mode. But the screen didn't get completely dark. It was more like a dark gray, and it didn't turn off all the pixels on the screen. 😒

On the other hand, when I tried dark mode on my old phone in a pitch-black room, the screen went completely black. All the pixels on the screen turned off, and it saved a lot of battery life. 👍

So, I'm wondering why there's this difference. Why doesn't Samsung's dark mode make the screen completely black? 🤔 It could save even more battery life if it did. 💡

Can someone explain this to me? #Samsung #DarkMode #BatteryLife

This is not a bug but improvement. I couldn't even see what was there because of how it was mixing with background.
