I was transferring my photo files onto my PC through a USB cable and I accidentally deleted my entire images and videos from the DCIM folder on my PC and i didn't copy them as well.. Is there any way of recovery at all?

Yes one way is to use complex recovery software for Android devices, those exists but it requires rooting of the devices n depends on many other brand/hardware factors.

One thing you can do is to look inside the trash folder in my files app, then check your Google drive backup, samsung cloud backup only if u've enabled the sync feature before this mishap.

See this link , it all needs rooting the device but your device is new n don't know if it'll face any issues with rooting. You need to first find out yourself if you can successfully root your device, from there it can be easily done by you after watching or reading such recovery software tutorials on YouTube etc. 👍🏼 That's my final thought/solution to this.
