DCIM folder deleted

I was transferring my photo files onto my PC through a USB cable and I accidentally deleted my entire images and videos from the DCIM folder on my PC and i didn't copy them as well.. Is there any way of recovery at all?

If u deleted it from PC. Use some data recovery software to recover it. 👍🏼

Are you saying- You deleted the dcim folder of your phone from the PC accessing via data cable.

And as a result the dcim folder in your phone is gone?

Whatever it is don't store any new files on ur phone, as new files with overwrite the old file location with new data , making the data recovery process gone forever.👍🏼

I tried several days recovery apps from the play store but nothing works ..i could see any pictures which was stored earlier in DCIM

Was the DCIM folder inside a SD card? or on the internal memory just like majority of devices? Which device r u using?

If it's on sd card then it's easily possible, but if it's on the internal memory then it's difficult 😑. You have to go through some youtube tutorials n extra software steps to recover from the internal memory 😕

I tired with local shops but they said unable to retrieve from the internal memory..since they are not able to root the phone due to High security
