Country Specific Code (CSC) Change for S23 Ultra

I'm using S23 Ultra from Canada and i haven't got the call recording features and can't get the 5G support Even after changing my region from Canada to India. So can anyone let me know is it legal to change the CSC? If yes, then will the official samsung customer support will help me change the CSC?

But now I'm gonna stay in india only so isn't it useful for me to have Indian features? I think Samsung India should help us do the same as its customers should have the same experience in the same region across the world.

I went to Samsung customer care and as expected they straight away said you can't enable call recording and 5G, didn't even listen to me afterwards. Whatever I said they had only one response which is NO. Indian customer support is not so friendly and supportive that's why I first posted on members.

That's quite expected isn't it. If you want those features buy a new Samsung device, and profit to them.

I didn't, and now i have upgraded to S24 Ultra indian version
