In Samsung S 20 Fe 5g I have bad experience the day before I put the correct pattern why it displays incorrect pattern after some time phone lock even though I am using the mobile no body can touch the mobile. Why it happens ? After I go to Samsung service center they reset mobile all data erased messages and contact any idea before going to service center how to backup

Hey buddy, you can backup to external drives like to a computer or simply backup to samsung Cloud. Most times if you have enabled automatic backup in samsung acc that'll do. Or specially for contacts you can also backup to google acc. But photos videos and apps will be all deleted.

Make sure you have the purchase invoice or receipt as this is related to security you might need to verify your identity for security reasons.
