Contacts saved not showing if saved with country code

I am having a major problem. I have 4600 plus contacts in my phone and since.buying this MF fone i don't see the callers indetity if I had saved the number with country code. So far only noticed for numbers in my local country which I had saved with '00' or "+" in country of residence. The reason I have my thousands of numbers saved in international format is because when I travel I don't have to edit the number everytime I want to call or identify some one whose calling. Which supported every brand and model I purchased till date. I don't see a setting to change this or allow identification of callers with country code. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. So imagine my troubles because non of the saved numbers are showing caller identity while getting a call. Please anyone. What can I do to change this?

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Dear customer care, my screenshot will show my private information / contacts on this subject including contact numbers in my phonebook which is the key report here and the addressing complaint as well.. i want to know if theres a setting to change etc. I cannot send this details as screenshot due to phonebook privacy. and I don't know if logs will address this issue please advise.
