Hi 👋

I have given my S23 ultra as exchange and got the S25 Ultra phone and I did back up of my contacts in Samsung account amd also Google account. However I am still not able to get all my contacts. This Bluedart people took the mobile with factory reset and they did not accept for data sharing. Can someone please help me to whom I should contact and get this issue resolved.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Step 1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Samsung contacts.
Step 2: Tap on more (three lines).
Step 3: Tap on the Settings icon.
Step 4: Tap on Sync with Samsung Cloud.
Step 5: Tap on Allow.
Step 6: Tap again on Sync with Samsung Cloud.
Step 7: Toggle the switch to enable Sync with Samsung Cloud.
Step 8: Tap on Sync using to select data.
