Galaxy SHi All,
I am currently using the S25 Ultra with the One UI 7 experience, and while I am enjoying it, I understand the frustration felt by users with the S24 and older models regarding the delayed updates. I personally experienced similar frustration when my updates were delayed.
Key Points of Concern:
Lack of Transparency: Samsung should come forward and provide a clear and detailed timeline for the upgrades, as well as an explanation for the delays. Users deserve to know why the updates are taking longer and when they can expect them. The ambiguity around this is causing confusion and dissatisfaction.
Misconceptions Around the S25 Launch: Many users have speculated that the delays are due to the launch of the S25. However, this is not the case. Samsung should clarify the real reasons behind the delays to avoid any misinformation.
Frustration with Other OEMs: One of the primary reasons users are getting frustrated is the perception that other OEMs have already rolled out Android 15 with some even better features, while Samsung is still lagging behind. This is leading to negative sentiment, especially when there’s no official communication regarding the delay.
Lack of Responsiveness from Samsung: While I personally don’t mind waiting for the updates, what’s frustrating users is the lack of official responses from Samsung. There’s been no clear communication with users about the reasons for the delays, and no timeline has been provided. This uncertainty is not helping the situation.
A Call for Better User Communication: I’ve recently shared my thoughts on changes in Samsung’s update policies, and while I’m not against the changes, the lack of accountability and clear communication from the company is concerning. Samsung needs to step up and address these concerns with transparency.
Final Thoughts: We’ve all come to expect a lot from Samsung, especially considering the brand’s dominance in hardware and tech. While we know that Samsung is not necessarily renowned for its UI or software experience, at the very least, we expect the company to show more care and consideration for its loyal users. Samsung, we trust you to improve not only your products but also your communication. We all deserve better in this regard. .

Also, in my view, Samsung will wait until the launch of S25 Edge to give it a little advantage too. Only after the release of S25 Edge somewhere in April-June, they will release One UI 7 stable update.
Till then, they gave us a chance to taste 3 more Betas. 🥲

Indeed. We don't know what Samsung is up to but one thing is for sure they working hard & wanna do miracles with this One UI 7.
They will be industry-leading as far as user experience is concerned by the time stable release will be out.

Samsung we need excat date for the update we have been waited for too long now n if not guys I think we all samsung Coustmers we should change all our samsung phones with apple and Google at least will get the latest updates and feature on time unlike here
