However, this experience has raised concerns about your commitment to providing a premium user experience. Specifically: 1. **Delayed Rollout:** Apple ensures that their updates are available globally across eligible devices on the announced date. In contrast, I am still waiting for the One UI 7 update to be available for my device, with no clear communication from Samsung regarding the delay. 2. **Lack of Transparency:** Apple maintains transparent communication with users, offering detailed schedules and updates regarding software releases. Samsung, however, has left users like me in the dark, which is both frustrating and disappointing. 3. **Customer Experience:** Apple’s updates are known for being well-tested and polished before release, ensuring minimal issues and bugs. I expect Samsung, as a global leader in technology, to meet or exceed these standards. I kindly request the following from your team: - A clear and precise timeline for the availability of the One UI 7 update on my device. - A detailed explanation for the delays and steps being taken to address them. - A commitment to improving communication and update processes moving forward. You can expect one UI 7.0,Android 15, stable update for S24 series by this month end to next and other S series by 2nd quarter end, A,M,F,Z series beginning 2nd quarter going by the pace at which Samsung is working on OS and security

Dear Samsung india , you are a global leader in technology, has recently faced criticism for the rollout of its One UI 7 update. With these delaying tactics from Samsung, in the promised 7 years OS updates, we might get 4 or max 5 OS updates in our so called "flagship" galaxy mobiles !
