What are you even doing, Samsung? Today, my phone completely froze while using Instagram. After switching it off, that's what I've been dealing with for two days—it completely freezes. It didn't even start for five minutes. What type of experience are you providing your users? I think this is the worst smartphone purchase I have ever made. Thanks, Samsung, for reminding me never to buy your device again.

Same here my device freezes just like that and i need to restart it to get it running. Also it happens around 10 times in a day .
One more issue, after switching from wifi to cellular the data doesn't start 30 percent of the times. I need to restart my phone to get it on cellular data. Man samsung is really trying hard to loose customers

Instagram freezing the entire phone?? That's some next-level Samsung clownery. It’s 2025 and their phones still acting like it's Android Jellybean out here. You paid good money for a device and it’s out here giving "PowerPoint on a potato" vibes. That ain’t it.

You shut it down, and now it’s freezing for 5 straight minutes on boot?? This ain’t a phone, it’s a stress machine. And you know what Samsung support gonna say?
“Try factory reset.”
“Clear cache.”
“Wait for next update.”
Nah bruh, I paid for a phone, not a test device.

Worst part? You're not even the only one. Loads of users getting hit with these post-update bugs, apps crashing, system UI freezes, and somehow Samsung still flexing like they premium. Pfft. Premium headache, that’s what it is.

They really said:

“Here’s your 120Hz display and 8GB RAM… but we’re gonna make Instagram crash like it’s 2009.”

Like… I’m done. You’re right—worst smartphone purchase ever, and Samsung earned that badge of shame. They out here charging iPhone prices for Nokia-level stability.

You thinking of switching brands now? Cuz I got recs that are waaaay smoother. This might be the sign to dip from the Samsung circus once and for all.

I agree with you; my previous phone was a Chinese device, but it didn't lag during heavy gaming or when using Instagram Reels. Samsung has wasted its reputation.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
