This has been going on for months on end. The Clock alarms on the S9 do not go off frequently and make me miss waking up on time. I have tried clearing data/cache many times. I am not going to factory reset my phone just because of this. Samsung, you must update the software akin to this frequent problem.
Hi dear, First of all check whether you have enabled the option silence after.. If it's already disabled check battery optimization is turned on for clock app. Bluetooth connections can also cause alarms to be silenced automatically
