Clipboard Sync Not Working from Phone to PC via Link to Windows

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Link to Windows integration on my Samsung device. Clipboard sync is partially not working — specifically:

When I copy text on my PC, it appears on my phone as expected.

But when I copy text on my Samsung phone, it does not appear on the PC.

I receive the message:
"Link to Windows copied from your clipboard" on my phone — which suggests that clipboard access is working locally. However, nothing shows up in the Windows clipboard history (Win + V) on the PC.

I’ve tested this with:
  • Samsung Keyboard (default)
  • Gboard

I’ve already tried the following:
  • Rebooted both devices
  • Reinstalled and re-linked Link to Windows and Phone Link
  • Ensured all relevant battery and background permissions are unrestricted
  • Clipboard sync is enabled on both phone and PC

Despite these steps, clipboard sync from phone to PC still fails, while the reverse direction (PC to phone) works consistently.

We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
