Last option. Backup your data and factory reset your phone. Still issue doesn't solve you have to visit service center

Did you phone get wet. By any chance. If no abd your sure then call customer care and tell your issues cause it's not happen because of you. They not agree to provide you any free solution then file consumer case. But try to factory reset your device first

Then try to factory reset. If still appear. Call Samsung customer care and tell your issues. Make a tweet on Twitter/X tag Samsung. If they don't reply you or you not happy with there answers. Then file a consumer complaint
