Kindly check if fast charging or super fast charging is enabled:
To use a charging feature, first, navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Battery and device care.
Tap Battery, and then tap More battery settings.
Tap the switch next to Fast charging, Super fast charging, or Fast wireless charging.
- Make sure to use the fast charging cable.
- You may perform reset settings from settings - general management - reset - reset settings, note that all device settings will be restored to their default without deleting any personal data.

You may perform reset settings from settings - general management - reset - reset settings, note that all device settings will be restored to their default without deleting any personal data.
If the issue persists, kindly register your concern in the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask a question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence along with the exact issue details
