Galaxy SI am writing to report an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23. Whenever I charge my phone, it does not exceed 81% charge, even though it has been plugged in for an extended period.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including performing a reset and toggling various settings as suggested in support articles, but the issue persists.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this problem or provide further troubleshooting steps?

Galaxy S* Check your charger and cable: Make sure you are using a Samsung-approved charger and cable. Inspect them for any damage. Try using a different charger and cable to see if that makes a difference.
* Clean the charging port: Sometimes, debris in the charging port can prevent a good connection. Gently clean the port with compressed air.
* Check for moisture: If your phone detects moisture in the charging port, it will not charge. Make sure the port is completely dry.
* Check fast charging settings: Ensure that fast charging is enabled in your phone's battery settings.
If none of these steps work, it may be necessary to contact Samsung Support or visit a service center.
