In my opinion you don't need to worry about it cz it's a flagship device it does support CA. Maybe it's a bug and Samsung fixes it in next update.

4G+ should also support in your area. Check in different area and also try to reset APN settings once. (Restart device)
2. Message MO to 121 u will receive internet settings.
