Carrier aggregation is already supported both from the hardware as well as software side on samsung flagships & even some mid-range devices. Also do note that currently Jio is only the operator in india which has Standalone 5G network. Thus it is the only operator that's providing VoNR & Carrier aggregation on 5G.

Samsung devices doesn't show 5G+ but when needed, they combine n28 with n78 band to provide better 5G speeds when their's weaker coverage in some areas. Check my screenshot of my mom's Galaxy A23 5G. Currently it's on n28 band but look below. It says NR SA Act CA & below it added n78, combining with n28 band. So now you know that samsung devices do support carrier aggregation both from the hardware & software side. It’s just samsung didn't added a 5G+ icon.

I've S23 & that supports Carrier Aggregation over 5G so it's no surprise that your S23 Ultra supports it too.

See bro, your device is currently on n78 band. As i said, it will only make Carrier Aggregation combo of n28+n78 band. When your device will shift to n28 band then it will automatically make a combo with n78 band to provide better 5G speeds.

See my S23 is also on n78 band & it won't make a combo of n28+n78 unless my device shifts to n28 band. You can check back later to see that if your device shifted n28 & made a combo with n78 band...1720760716705.jpg

That speed factor depends on the tower of your area that how much load has been put on & how much distance your area's tower is covering to provide 5G network. In my area, i get an average speed of 1.5 to 1.7gbps on n78 band & when both bands combined n28+n78, upto 1.2gbps...

n28 band is for longer distance coverage so you won't get huge speeds on n28 band...1720761637583.jpg1720761637588.jpg

Netmonster shows n77 bcoz frequency of n77 & n78 bands are almost same that's why Netmonster considering n78 as n77 band.

See now my S23 is on n28 band & it has made a combo with n78 as n28+n78...1720762674162.jpg
