Cant seem to get samsung care + 2 yesrs

I followed website to activate samsung care i registered and submitted but didnt get the samsung care do i have to wait certain time? Or is there something wrong?

Contact Samsung customer service from website and they will do it for you within 7-14 days

In the email it says register within 30 days and after for 7 to 14 days that 30 days will pass is that okay?

You shud register within 30 days. Post that they'll take 7-14 days to update it. This is what I'm being informed
