I purchased a s24 Ultra. However I'm having difficulty redeeming the R1000 voucher from Samsung. It keeps saying "invalid email address".

Also, tried both emails, getting the "invalid email address". Phoned Samsung and they say we had to watch the official launch of the S24 in order to claim it, but then again nowhere on the voucher does it show that you had to do it

Hey

Did you guys eventually come right?
I purchased mine through MTN. MTN says i must speak to Samsung and Samsung says i must speak to MTN - im going around in circles and nobody is taking responsibility.
