It's on the homepage of the Samsung members app, when I enter my email address I dont it states I do not qualify for the voucher, which is incorrect based on the criteria

Hi. You are only eligible to claim the R1000 voucher if you registered to watch or be notified of the Samsung launch/unpacked event that was in January. If you did register to watch, you must use the email address you used to register for the event.
