Can't receive my R1000 voucher

Hi, does anybody know why I can't receive my R1000 voucher from Samsung when I press "redeem" ? I wanted to get the Galaxy Buds but it says I'm not eligible....

Hi. You are only eligible to claim the R1000 voucher if you registered to watch or be notified of the Samsung launch/unpacked event that was in January. If you did register to watch, you must use the email address you used to register for the event.

Hi. You cannot register now. You had to register before the event in January 2025. The registration for the event is now closed.
