Can't hang up call when calling through Bluetooth in my S21 ultra 5G

Recently I've been facing a problem with my Bluetooth connection to my Toyota LC300. I am not able to hang up a call once the call is completed through the Bluetooth (my phone is Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra 5G)

Any one facing the same problem with his Bluetooth car connection?

Hi,

Kindly if you use Andriod Auto app, go to Settings - Apps - Andriod Auto and Clear Cache.

Make sure your mobile is updated to the latest update from the following path:

Settings - Software version.

Try to connect different device in the car, to help isolate the issue cause, as it might be from the Car, and check if the car system needs an update.

I tried the proposed solution through clearing the cache of the Android Auto and it worked!

Please note that when I started getting this issue around 2 weeks ago, I took the car to the dealer who inspected the car system and tried it and could not find any fault in the car system (the vehicle is 2022 model).

When I brought the car home from the dealer I tried the car system with iPhone 11 Pro max and iPhone 12 and they both worked fine with the Bluetooth car system.

Today after clearing the Android Auto cache I tried through the Bluetooth but the problem was still there, but when I tried through the Android Auto app. it worked fine.
It seems the problem is with my Galaxy 21 ultra 5G Bluetooth.
One thing to note I always keep my phone updated with the last software update, and the problem started to appear with my car after I installed the latest update

Hi, I also have the problem that when making a Bluetooth call from my ultra21 through my new 2022 chevy pickup, the call will not hang up on the pickup. I ha e to turn my pickup off and open the door to kill the phone call. Is this a known issue? How can I fix? I have all updates. And I am not talking about android auto. Please advise.

This does not work in my GMC 2020.  my Grandson and wife phone work great. Iphone and S9.

I have been hqaving this issue in my GMC 2020 for over one year. Dealer has looked at it twice noth wrong must be my phone. Reset my phone twice no help.
