Bluetooth Stuck in In-Call Mode After apps Calls on Galaxy S25 Ultra

Dear Samsung Support,
I am writing to report an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. 

After completing calls on WeChat or WhatsApp, the phone gets stuck in "in-call mode." This prevents any media playback through my Bluetooth devices (I use Samsung Watch 7 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro). 

To resolve this, I must force stop the app I used for a call like (WhatsApp) to make it unstuck and be able to play media in my Bluetooth device.

This issue does not occur with other old devices, suggesting it may be specific to the phone itself or the OS.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’re experiencing, you may try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Clear the cache for both apps:
-Go to Settings > Apps
-Select the app
-Tap Storage
-Tap Clear Cache

2. Try resetting Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings:
-Go to Settings > General Management > Reset
-Tap Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings
-Review the information, then tap Reset settings

Note: There is no confirmation prompt — once you tap Reset settings, the reset will occur immediately. You will need to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth devices afterward.

If the issue persists, please send an error report, and you will get a response from the experts in this field, through the Samsung Members application

1-Launch the Samsung Members application on your device.
2-Go to "Support", scroll down, and select "Send Feedback".
3-Select Send error report
4-Select the appropriate category for your issue.
5-Make sure to select "Send System Log Data" to facilitate quick resolution. Please describe your issue in detail.
6-Adjust the frequency settings to your preference.
7-After submitting, you will receive a notification of the response from Samsung shortly.
