I noticed 3x zoom is not working when light is slightly low, is there anyway i can use 3x in low lightconditions in my s21 fe

साले ये samsung वाले क्या झक मारणे के लिये अपडेट nikalte kya pata.....mobile liya to sab sahi rahta hai lekin update mobile ko bekar bana deta hai

Its not working in low light

If the images are blurry then it is the expected behavior. In low light the camera shutter will be open for a longer duration and it will also capture too much noise.

No they are using the main camera with digital zoom, you can close the 3x zoom lens with one finger and it wont block the camera

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
