I feel that s24 ultra has major camera performance issue, not able to capture clear picture and feels like captured by very low budget smartphone even after cleaning the lenses properly, photos has less details not sure if this issue is only with my device or some other people are also facing the same.


Even iphone 14 has better picture quality than my smartphone 😂😂

I don't have an S24 Ultra, and it's quite good. I don't know what the problem is with your device, but mine works fine.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Kindly check the physical condition of your camera lens, such as broken camera lens or scratchy camera lens.

● Kindly camera lens cleaning: Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprints, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
