Subject: Serious Camera Defect in Samsung S25 Ultra – Immediate Action Required

Dear Samsung Team,

My Samsung S25 Ultra, purchased just 8 months ago, has developed a major camera defect. The ultra-wide camera flickers, vibrates, produces unstable images, and causes the phone to heat up.

I have already tried every possible troubleshooting step (camera reset, cache clear, factory reset).

This issue clearly appears to be a hardware defect, and I request immediate escalation, proper diagnosis, and repair or replacement without any charges. Customers invest in Samsung for quality, and this experience is damaging that trust.

Please resolve this issue urgently.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue.
