I went to the service center today and they said its a known issue with s25 ultra . The service center i visited was FIRST FLOORSHOP NO 21-23, SHANTI PLAZA, near Rasaz Circle, next to BHARAT GAS GODWON, Sector 11, THEATRE, Mira Road East, THANE, Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra 401107. After leaving from the center i took another video and photo which i am attaching. Is Samsung expecting me to use the phone with this Camera Quality . There are so many post and log files i have raised and visited the store also and yet I get the answer saying this is a known issue

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. That is already done and they asked me to go to service center which I did but it looks like I am going around in circles service center says its a known issue without even checking my phone they said we have received multiple reports for the same error and its the issue with the phone cannot do anything to help .. is what I hear from physical service center of Samsung

Will that help they will again ask me to go to service center . Service center people are so rude i kept telling them to check my phone to see if there is any issue they just didn't check anything and gave my phone back saying its known issue there was no job sheet created as well so there is no record of me visiting the service center is what customer service is saying when I'm trying to tell them that I went and provided the address for the service center as well

That's bad ! I can see the disappointment in ur eyes..spending hefty money and not getting proper response. Just a thought, check without tempered glass if your phone have it....
