Camera issue with Samsung S21 FE

Hi Members, 

I have encountered issue with my samsung s21 fe, camera does not focused by itself even after touching screen it doesn't focused. Although it works when I shake the phone but after moving around phone a bit, i need to shake it again. Anyone knows what is this issue ? Please let me know.

It may happen if you drop your phone
Due to which the OIS is present in the camera module gets unstable and may result in a blurry image

You can visit authorise service center/ shop to ensure this issue.
If they conform then went for change.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Kindly check the physical condition of your camera lens, such as broken camera lens or scratchy camera lens.

● Kindly camera lens cleaning: Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprints, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
