My S23 Ultra's camera quality degraded after updating to OneUi 6. Version: S918BXXU3BWJM
Specially the zoom quality degraded drastically.

Anyone facing the problem?

This is due to change in camera setting in one ui 6.
In previous ui, AI remains enabled all the time, which makes the picture more clear and sharp, but now in ui 6, that feature is disabled, you need to enable it in camera setting. Try this once

Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
