Camera is very bad after 1 yeara of use. I'm using thisnphone with at most care and i didn't let this phone fall or being scratched.
I'm not even pulling the cpu for any heavy things.
Eventhough after updates this device lost it's previous camera performance. I went to Samsung store and compared it with the display model and found that thr camera quality of two phones are different. The display model have better camera than mine!! What is actually happening. I need an answer from. Samsung.
I'm not even able to call Samsung customer care for assistence.
Need an update for the camera. It's a matter of koney that i gave for this device to enjoy stable camera performance!!!

I'm attatching some visuals from my device s23 plus.
The camera is not doing processing. Or sometimes can't focus while recording video or taking photos.
It's just annoying! Need an answer from Samsung rather than giving instructions to clear cashe or do some changer in the settings.
I know technical side.
What i need is immediate assistence 🙏

Dear bro, for that, I have not updated March Security patch in my S23.
I know whenever 📱 models are going towards old and new models are revealed, Samsung will provide bug 🐛 with the update.
So, pls avoid new / upcoming updates to safe your phone performance specially in Camera and Battery.

🥺🥺🥺so sad to hear this. In the first update the camera was soo nice. I thought it will improve after updates!
I'm helpless here.
I think s23 series cameras are better than s24 series. But they did this in propose bcs they need s24 series seemed to be improved than s23 series
