Camera focus issue

I've s24+. Since the first day, images are soft compare to other same models. Even lower models capture sharper images.

I'm a professional photographer so I tried manual mode also but same issue persist.

Even at infinity focus, a 7000/- Chinese phone works better.

Sky images are totally soft, both day and light. Waited for software updates, reset camera, reset phone but nothing works for me.

Call customer care & tell the issue. Don't follow their instructions. They are not good to fix customers issue. If you have another S24+ user, get his feedback. Wait for os update.

1. Tell them in their post
2. Update security patch & Google play system update
3. Post some good & problematic Pic in member app.

No issue in my S24+. Uninstall camera assistant app.

I am on oneui8 beta program. There is no issue like that. Manual and auto focus works good.

Sir I've compared images with s24+, s22, s23. Mine were soft and I am aware of manual control but at infinity focus it only disaster.
In automatic setting images are not that bad but not satisfying

Automatic focus is just OK and manual is disaster
