My phone camera has started showing weird lines, and I need help fixing it. The issue appears on the 1x, 2x, and 3x modes, but it goes away when I switch to 0.5 mode or when I turn on focus-enhancing mode. It’s also showing up on third-party apps, not just the default camera app.
I’ve already tried clearing the camera data, but the issue still persists. Please advise on how to resolve this.
Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
