Galaxy SHi Samsung Community,
I recently switched from an iPhone to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, mainly attracted by the camera capabilities. However, within just two months of purchase, I'm facing a serious camera flickering issue.
I have already submitted multiple feedback reports, including error logs via the Samsung Members app, but I haven't received any response yet. It's disappointing, especially considering the S25 Ultra is Samsung’s flagship device.
I chose Samsung expecting top-notch performance and support, but this experience has been very frustrating.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? I would really appreciate guidance from the community or a direct response from Samsung on how this is being addressed.
Details:
- Device: Galaxy S25 Ultra
- Issue: Camera flickering while zooming out from 1x to 0.6x
- Software Version attached.
- Troubleshooting Done: Submitted error logs, cleared cache, restarted device, etc.
Looking forward to a resolution soon.

Our team will analyze your device issue and share the same with the higher technical department.
Path: Samsung Members Application (Open samsung member application > Tap on support > Tap on send feedback >Choose composer option > Select error > Select the appropriate category > Type your query )
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Wednesday in
Galaxy SSamsung has to release official statement about this and recall the hardware defect devices. Repairs is not the way to suffer through a flagship phone.
