Galaxy S1. Hardware Test (The Secret Code)
Pehle ye confirm karte hain ki sensor sahi hai ya nahi:
Phone dialer mein *#0*# dial karein.
Ek white menu khulega. Wahan "Mega Cam" aur "Front Cam" par bari-bari click karein.
Agar yahan camera bina ruke turant khul raha hai, toh hardware sahi hai aur issue Software Bug hai. Agar yahan bhi fail hota hai, toh ye 100% Hardware issue hai.
2. Safe Mode Check
Kayi baar koi third-party app (Instagram, Snapchat, ya koi purana QR scanner) camera driver ko block kar deta hai:
Phone ko switch off karein. Power button dabayein, aur jab "Samsung" logo dikhe, toh Volume Down button daba kar rakhein.
Phone Safe Mode mein khulega. Ab camera chala kar dekhein. Agar yahan sahi chalta hai, toh koi app ise rok rahi hai.
3. Wipe Cache Partition (System Level)
Ye settings wala cache nahi hai, ye poore system ka temporary file dump hai:
Phone switch off karke USB se PC se connect karein.
Volume Up + Power daba kar Recovery Mode mein jayein.
"Wipe Cache Partition" select karein (Data delete nahi hoga).
Reboot karein.
4. Camera Version Check
Camera app open karein > Settings > About Camera.
Check karein agar wahan koi "Update" button dikh raha hai. Kayi baar Samsung Galaxy Store ke through camera patches alag se bhejta hai.
📝 Expert Note for Community:
"Bhai, S24 base model par ye issue hardware sensor ke module conflict ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Sabse pehle *#0*# dial karke hardware test karein. Agar wahan bhi fail hota hai, toh turant Service Center dikhayein kyunki ye manufacturing defect ho sakta hai jo warranty mein free fix hoga. Agar help hui ho toh 3 dots (⋮) par click karke 'Accept as Solution' mark kar dena! Shukriya! 💙🚀"
