Galaxy STurn off the focus enhancer option in camera then this will be solved. Actually whats happens is that in galaxy S24U near objects are focused with ultrawide lense and as soon as you move to focus distant object, camera shifts to main camera lense. This lense shifting causes a parallax shift as observed in your video. This occurs total automatically. But luckily you can disable this. After disabling focus enhancer the phone uses only main lense for both close and distant objects os dynamic video shots like yours. This solved my problem because I also own galaxy s24U. But I think this same issues also present in iphones 16 pro max which I also own. Actually this is a feature rather than an issue and can easily be changed if it bothers you.
