I got my Galaxy S23 (256GB) 4 days ago (I exchanged my iPhone 11) and have noticed a LOT of bugs from the camera app and camera from other 3rd party apps (like WhatsApp and Snapchat). And it is safe to say that I REGRET exchanging my 4 year old iPhone to get the latest Samsung flagship. It almost feels like the reviews and the reviewers were paid to advertise for the new S lineup.

Yeah, true. The colors are a little oversaturated to my liking as well. But tbh, the only thing, according to me, they should improve as of now is: human skin tones, details on the face and color of the skin based on lighting.
For now it seems the post-processing is really lacking when it comes to human skin tones, specially brown (like mine).
And not to mention the smooth and flat looking portrait shots which look like they came out of an Oppo/Vivo phone.

Hi, I did it. This doesn't seem to improve the image processing bugs. It still fails to process 2 out of 10 times.

Image is fattening when captured through front camera. People report this issue as much as you notice it. Check your S23 and report the issue. Image is fattening or enlarging while taking selfie
