Camera Issues on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

I have a problem with my phone camera. The 1x, 2x, 5x, and 10x zoom are all working perfectly, with great resolution, colors, and contrast. However, when I use the 3x zoom, the colors and resolution change drastically, as if the camera is suddenly outdated. Is there a solution to this problem?

Reset camera settings.
Then install camera assistant from Galaxy store (it's a good lock module).
One install, you will get Camera Assistant option in camera settings.
Enable 'Focus over speed ' option available in camera assistant. This option improves the quality of the photos a lot.

I appreciate your help with trying to fix the camera issue on my Galaxy S24 Ultra. I have tried all of the steps you suggested, including:

* Resetting the camera settings
* Installing the Camera Assistant app from the Galaxy Store
* Enabling the "Focus over speed" option in the Camera Assistant

Unfortunately, the problem still persists. The 3x zoom still produces blurry and distorted photos, while the other zoom levels (1x, 2x, 5x, and 10x) work perfectly.

I have also tried the following:

* Clearing the camera app's cache and data
* Updating the camera app
* Restarting my phone
* Wiping my phone's cache partition

Nothing has worked so far. I am starting to think that this is a hardware issue with my phone.

When you are in 3x zoom, try to cover one lens at a time to figure out which lens is being used. Clean the lens with a micro fiber cloth. If the issue persists, you might visit a Samsung service center to check it out.

And there's March update - will be available this week. Some users in US/UK are saying March update has improved the camera quality as well.
