I buy new samsung S24 ultra from online store "samsung.ae" but when i call some one or some one call me he didn't hear my voice this not one two time every day same problem occur who facing this probem.
I go to samsung service center he said wait for software updatation but when software is come i update my mobile the problem is same not fixed it,
Can any body tell me how to return this mobile to samsung

I have the same issue with the mic!! Samsung should do something about it 😡

I don't think there would be any updation to turn this mobile to Samsung. Any way you could ask the owner maybe He can solve the problem
