Based on your query regarding camera issue, kindly perform the given steps below: -
• Reset camera app Settings: open camera app>>Settings >>Reset settings>>Tap Reset.
• Clear camera app data: Settings >> Apps >> Camera >> Storage >> Clear data
• Remove the third-party apps: Settings >> Apps >> Select the third party App >> Uninstall.
• Update device software: Setting >> Software update >> Check for update >> Download If available.
>> Make sure the phone or tablet is connected to the internet and charged to at least 50% before installing a software update.
• If the issue persists then reset the phone, and follow the below steps:
• Backup and Factory Data reset: Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or Smart Switch PC Suite and reset the device through the below steps:-
• Setting >> Backup and Reset >> Factory data reset OR Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Factory data reset.
Note: Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during the initial setup.
