Camera Flash Issue with modes and routines

i am using samsung galaxy s23, with one ui 7,
i was testing it's modes and routines feature and I created a routine where it will blink camera flash if I get notification on WhatsApp with specific keywords, it worked but then i deleted this routine without disabling it, 
now everytime I recieve whatsapp notification my camera flash blinks i tried creating a same routine then disabling it but it didn't work, i also tried creating a new routine where if I get any notification from WhatsApp camera flash won't blink, 

but nothing seems to stop these blinks, now my camera fishes everytime I get any whatsapp notification,
i deleted all the routines still it happens, 
i even restarted the device but no luck, 

Can someone with same device try this and try to replicate the issue and find out how to resolve this?
