I have personally tried and tested few things to get call recording option which i am glad to share with u. 1st U have to change CSC from KSA to INS using SamFW tool. 2nd since u have now changed CSC, u wont be eligible for OTA updates. To fix this and get OTA in the future, u have to manually flash ur ROM to Indian variant using Odin via Sammobile/SamFW All these exact procedures are tedious and time consuming ones and i would suggest u to look out for videos in youtube for the same, Also kindly see XDA developers forum for clarity regarding these individual steps.
P.S. If u r a newbie or have no idea abt these, kindly refrain from these all, since it may permanently brick ur device unusable and may cost u a motherboard replacement
