As per your concern, we want to inform you that Once you start creating more call logs (when you make, receive, or miss calls), your device will start deleting the oldest call logs you have on your phone.
Not enough storage: When you run out of storage space on your device, the OS may automatically delete the old call logs to save space. For recovering deleted call logs, we would request you kindly perform the below basic troubleshooting steps.
Step 1: Go to "Settings" on your Samsung. Choose "Accounts" > "Samsung account" > "Restore". Step 2: Now you can choose the data you want to recover. Select "Call Logs" and click "Restore Now".
