Galaxy SAll other things depend on your SIM operator. Jio is best for call forwarding, but you need a recharge on the number you're doing it from (for the first time only). Vi is the operator I find difficulty with. I mean, literally, I couldn't get it done with Vi. BSNL is okay too. No idea about Airtel. Never used Airtel.

Galaxy SI checked with steps as stated above. But I haven't found the option supplementary services. I was stuck at there..... Do know the reason behind it.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
Dialer app>settings>supplementary services>call forwarding>voice call>ensure no number is set in all 4.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
