Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
Hate the new call background feature in new update. I was happy when I was able to set different background pictures and videos on call background, without having to add those on profile cards.
And don't even get me started on that new thing. I mean, i don't even have a foldable phone and still the call background is being adjust to suit those devices????
I DON'T WANT a square image automatically cropped into a square as my call background.
That's really f**ked up!! I HATE THAT FEATURE. I don't wanna look into only someone's face when they're the background.
I used to set cool videos, as background. Now there's no option like that.
