I am not able to find edit call background option for a particular contact(not all contacts)

Are you using a S Series device? Earlier a person posted for a similar problem. He is using Galaxy S23 FE. So I think Call background feature for individual contacts is not available in S Series devices.

Previously it was there but after 6.1 update it's gone
